- ● You cannot book a slot for less than 30 minutes, even if you only need to talk for 2-3 minutes.
- ● In WhatsApp chat, one slot refers to a maximum of 2000 words in total from all messages written by both the inquirer and Sheikh Sahab.
- ● After making the fee payment, send us a screenshot of the receipt or your email ID via WhatsApp.
- ● The fee is non-refundable once paid, even if you later change your mind about the conversation. Yes, access to a course of equal value available on our website may be provided in exchange.
- ● You can talk to Shaikh Kifayatullah Sanabili Directly about your issue over a call (through WhatsApp or Zoom etc) for a maximum of Half an hour.
- ● The session discussion will be in Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi only.To talk in any other language,book a WhatsApp session and communicate in any language via text.
- ● We will only respond to the points that are presented live during the session call. No written text, recorded audio, or video will be allowed to be presented.
- ● Before the session goes live., you are not allowed to send any written text, audio, video, or any kind of link in advance on WhatsApp or anywhere else. However, during the session on the live call, you can say whatever you want in your own words.

If you want your submitted audio or video to be listened to, or any written text to be read before the live session, a separate fee will be required.
The fee for reviewing audio/video content from 1 to 30 minutes, or written text from 1 to 2000 words, is 1999 rupees.
If the content exceeds this limit (even by just one minute or one word), the additional portion will also be counted as a full slot, and 1999 rupees will be charged for it as well.
Examples:
● Audio or Video: 1 to 30 minutes → 1999 rupees (one slot)
● Written Text: 1 to 2000 words → 1999 rupees (one slot)
● Audio or Video: 31 to 60 minutes → 3998 rupees (two slots)
● Written Text: 2001 to 4000 words → 3998 rupees (two slots)
Note: No partial slots will be charged; any additional portion will be counted as a full slot.

Immediate session
For an immediate session right after payment (outside the listed schedule), please confirm my availability on WhatsApp first and pay an extra $50 USD.
- ● The call must be initiated by the person taking the consultation at the selected time. We will be available to receive the call, but we will not make any call from our side.
- ● The conversation will be private and secure, and no one will be allowed to record it.
- ● All answers will be given strictly in the light of the Quran and authentic Hadith , whether they are liked or not, whether one is satisfied or not.
- ● In case of technical problem, the next available slot will be provided; the fee will not be refunded.
- ● Once you have discussed via call after that if you want to talk again, even about the same issue, you will have to pay the consultation fee again. Yes, after paying the fee once, you can send 2 to 3 short messages on WhatsApp every 24 hours for two days , and we will try to respond in our free time.
- ● After two days, messages related to the same issue will not be allowed on WhatsApp either. To discuss the same topic after two days, you’ll need to make another payment for the consultation fee.
● Please note that this fee covers only the consultation; services provided afterward like written answer are not included .
