Guidelines and Conditions for the Written Answer
●To request a written answer/Fatwa, you must first book a session and discuss your issue. If you have already discussed, ignore this alert .
●Once you have booked the session, after we have fully discussed your issue during the session, we will immediately send you the payment link for the written Answer/Fatwa.
- ●The fee for a written answer/Fatwa is ₹ 900 per issue; if there are more issues, the fee amount will increase accordingly.
- ● Divorce or khula incidents that happen at different times will be treated as separate cases. Each case will have a separate fee. For example, if divorce occurs at two different times, the total fee will be 1800 rupees. If divorce occurs at three different times, the total fee will be 2700 rupees
- ●A written answer/Fatwa must be requested with its payment (At least Rs.900) within one week of the discussion. Otherwise, a new session must be booked to request the written answer/Fatwa with payment.
- ●It is necessary to submit the question in written form with your name to request a written answer/Fatwa.
- ●The answer/Fatwa will be based solely on the content of the question presented. Information discussed but not included in the question will not be considered.
- ● Do not include any additional issues in the written question that have not been discussed during the discussion.
- ● If you feel that any further issue needs to be addressed, you can book another session by paying the fee again , and discuss again, and then sent the question again.
- ● The written answer/Fatwa may take 2–7 days to be provided, starting from the payment date. If the question is highly complex, it may take additional days.
- ● Our answer/Fatwa will be based on the information provided in the question. If the provided information is incorrect, we will not be responsible for it.
- ● In the written answer/Fatwa, we will write what we believe to be correct according to the Quran and Hadith. We cannot add anything to it at anyone's request.
- ● We do not communicate with the other party regarding the issue because our answer/Fatwa is merely an expression of our viewpoint based on the provided information, not an enforceable legal decision concerning the parties involved.
- ● If our answer/Fatwa is misused or causes any kind of dispute, we will not be responsible for it, because we have only expressed our opinion upon request, we have not made any enforceable legal decision
- ● The written answer/Fatwa will be on Kifayatullah Sanabli's letter pad and will have Kifayatullah Sanabli's signature and stamp at the end.
- ● The primary written answer/Fatwa will be in the Urdu language. If you want it translated into another language with a letterhead, signature, and stamp, you’ll need to pay an extra 1000 rupees
- ● The written answer/Fatwa will be sent to the inquirer in PDF format via email or WhatsApp.
- ● Clarifications on the answer/Fatwa are allowed within 12 hours. Beyond that, you’ll need to repay both the consultation and written answer/Fatwa fee for further discussion
- ● If, after detailed discussion during the session, we determine that it is not possible for us to provide a written response/letter regarding your matter, we will not charge the separate fee for the written response in such cases. However, the session fee will not be refunded, as it is solely a consultation fee, which is final and non-refundable, as clearly stated in the session terms and conditions.
