?Why is my order being shipped in different packages
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which is the fastest available. Alternatively, if an item is popular and slightly backordered, we may ship your items in different packages, at different times, to hold your order and get it to you as soon as possible!

?What if my order gets stuck in the mail or gets lost
If an order gets stuck somewhere, is returned, or gets lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in such cases, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking if possible.
